After a long career in Local Government and running my Complementary Therapy practice on a part-time basis I waved goodbye to the stress and pressure of corporate life in late 2011 to practice therapies full time.

Just after this I joined Tropic Skincare as a founding Independent Ambassador, sharing my love of natural products along with practising my therapies. I continue to share my love of Tropic.

When lock-down hit in 2020 it put a stop to the therapies and I found myself unable to practice/work for 9 months out of 12. This was a significant turning point for me.

For the first time in years I did something for myself and experienced first hand the powerful results of Deep Structure Coaching. It took a while for me to decide to invest in myself and I am so pleased that I met my coach and believed I was worth it.

This led to me wanting to have more impact, help others in the same way I had been helped.

I studied with a fabulous coach and completed my
Deep Structure NLP Practitioner and Coaching Certification.

Not only have I learnt new skills and techniques I have found I am able to utilise and integrate the skills I have acquired over the years.

So, at the end of 2022 I closed my therapy practice of 26 years to focus my time and energy to help others, like the old me and like you. To change how they feel about themselves, to value themselves and to believe in themselves, discovering their real reason for feeling how they do.
